Today, I’ll share an easy recipe for making blueberry cream cheese at home.
Ingredients
- Milk: 2L
- Vinegar: 6 tablespoons
- Frozen blueberries
- Sugar or allulose
- Salt: 1/3 tablespoon
Instructions
Pour 2L of milk into a pot and keep the heat on low. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar every 5 minutes, for a total of 6 times, stirring gently each time.
