Easy bagel sandwich recipe how to make bagel sandwich at home |
Today, I’ll share a simple yet delicious bagel sandwich recipe that you can enjoy for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
- Butter: 1/2 tablespoon
- Bagel: 1
- Cream cheese: 200g
- Chives: 100g
- Green onion: 20g (use only the white part of 1 green onion)
- Bacon: 100g
- Garlic: 40g
- Pepper: a little
- Jalapeños: 20g
- Sliced jambon ham: 2 slices
Instructions
Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Split the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown on both sides.
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients to make the bagel spread:
- Cream cheese (200g)
Leave the cream cheese at room temperature to soften before using.
- Chives (100g)
Chop the chives finely.
- Green onion (20g)
Cut the green onion in half and chop finely.
- Cooked bacon (100g)
Slice the bacon thinly and fry it in the pan until crispy.
- Cooked garlic (40g)
Slice the garlic thinly and fry it with the bacon until golden brown.
Add a little pepper while frying the bacon and garlic.
Strain the cooked bacon and garlic to remove excess oil, then mix with the cream cheese.
- Jalapeños (20g)
- Finely chop the jalapeños, remove excess moisture, and mix with the cream cheese.
Generously spread the completed bagel mixture on the bottom half of the bagel.
Layer 2 slices of jambon ham on top of the spread, then cover with the top half of the bagel to complete!
Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich
Ingredients
- Butter: 1/2 tablespoon
- Bagel: 1
- Cream cheese: 200g
- Chives: 100g
- Green onion: 20g (use only the white part of 1 green onion)
- Bacon: 100g
- Garlic: 40g
- Jalapeños: 20g
- Smoked frozen salmon: 3-4 slices
- Cucumber: 1/2
- Whole grain mustard: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Prepare the cream cheese bagel spread following the recipe above, then generously spread it on the bottom half of the bagel.
Layer 4 slices of smoked frozen salmon on top.
Add 3 slices of cucumber on top of the salmon.
