  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

For the sauce:

  • Butter: 30g
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: 180ml (about 1 cup)
  • Milk: 90ml (about 1/2 cup)
  • Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons


For serving:

  • Cabbage
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Rice
  • Corn
  • Cubed radish kimchi


Instructions

  1. Lightly remove the silverskin from the pork loin and season with the following ingredients:

    • Salt
    • Pepper

  2. Use a meat mallet to pound the meat until it is five times larger.

  3. Coat the meat with the following ingredients:

    • Flour
    • Egg
    • Breadcrumbs

  4. Pour plenty of cooking oil into a pan and fry the coated meat.

  7. In a serving dish, arrange the following ingredients:

    • Cabbage
    • Mayonnaise (mix with ketchup)
    • Rice
    • Corn
    • Cubed radish kimchi

  8. Pour the prepared sauce over the Pork cutlet, and your Pork cutlet is ready to serve!
