- Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
For serving:
- Cabbage
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Rice
- Corn
- Cubed radish kimchi
Instructions
Lightly remove the silverskin from the pork loin and season with the following ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
Use a meat mallet to pound the meat until it is five times larger.
Coat the meat with the following ingredients:
- Flour
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
Pour plenty of cooking oil into a pan and fry the coated meat.
