Today, I'm sharing a recipe for one of the most famous fried rice dishes in the world: Jambalaya.
It’s a common dish, but I’ve prepared a recipe that makes it even more delicious. Give it a try!
Ingredients
- Butter: 40g
- Sausage: 300g
- Pork belly: 300g
- Chicken thigh: 300g
- Cajun seasoning: 3 tablespoons
- Onion: 150g
- Bell pepper: 80g
- Jasmine rice: 300g
- Canned tomatoes: 150g
- Tomato spaghetti sauce: 100g
- Water: 360ml (about 2 cups)
- Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
- Sweet corn: 50g
- Shrimp: 100g
- Italian parsley: 7g
Cooking Instructions
In a pot, add the following ingredients and sauté until enough oil is released from the meat and sausage.
- Butter: 40g
- Sausage: 300g
- Pork belly: 300g
- Chicken thigh: 300g
- Cajun seasoning: 3 tablespoons
Once enough oil has released from the sausage and meat, add the following ingredients and sauté.
- Onion: 150g
- Bell pepper: 80g
- Jasmine rice: 300g
Add the following ingredients, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Canned tomatoes: 150g
- Tomato spaghetti sauce: 100g
- Water: 360ml (about 2 cups)
- Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
- Sweet corn: 50g
- Shrimp: 100g
- Italian parsley: 7g
After 10 minutes, open the lid, stir well from the bottom, then cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes.
After another 10 minutes, open the lid, stir well from the bottom, then cover one last time and simmer for 10 more minutes.
After the final 10 minutes, open the lid and stir well to finish!
