Today, I’m sharing a great recipe for making meatloaf at home.


It's an easy recipe that anyone can try, so give it a shot!

Ingredients

  • Breadcrumbs: 200g
  • Milk: 360ml (2 cups using a paper cup)
  • Beef: 1.8kg
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper: 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce: 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 40g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese: 150g
  • Bacon: 300g
  • Onion: 300g
  • Celery: 300g
  • Carrot: 100g
  • Ketchup: 6 tablespoons
  • Sriracha: 3 tablespoons
  • Whole grain mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons


Cooking Instructions

  1. Soak the following ingredients:

    • Breadcrumbs: 200g
    • Milk: 360ml (2 cups using a paper cup)

  2. In a food processor, combine the following ingredients and chop:

    • Beef: 1.8kg
    • Salt: 1 tablespoon
    • Pepper: 1 tablespoon
    • Worcestershire sauce: 5 tablespoons
    • Garlic powder: 40g

  3. In a pan, cook 300g of bacon until it releases some fat, then add the chopped vegetables and sauté until the moisture evaporates:

    • Bacon: 300g
    • Onion: 300g
    • Celery: 300g
    • Carrot: 100g

  4. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients with the chopped meat:

    • Chopped meat
    • Soaked breadcrumbs
    • Eggs: 3
    • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese: 150g
    • Sautéed vegetables

  5. In another bowl, mix the following ingredients to make the sauce:

    • Ketchup: 6 tablespoons
    • Sriracha: 3 tablespoons
    • Whole grain mustard: 2 tablespoons
    • Sugar: 2 tablespoons

  6. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf mixture and bake in a 170°C oven for a total of 75 minutes!

    • Apply the sauce in intervals of 25 minutes.
