Ingredients
- Egg whites: 60g
- Cooking oil: 50ml
- Starch powder: 3 tablespoons
- Beef: 300g
- Minced garlic: 20g
- Minced ginger: 8g
- Water: 50ml
- Dark soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Corn syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Chives
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients to create a batter, then add 300g of beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
Stir until the batter reaches the texture of mayonnaise.
- Egg whites: 60g
- Cooking oil: 50ml
- Starch powder: 3 tablespoons
- Beef: 300g
After 30 minutes, add the beef to the sufficiently heated cooking oil and fry it.
Once the beef turns brown, drain it using a strainer.
- Set aside 5 tablespoons of the oil to use for the sauce.
- Set aside 5 tablespoons of the oil to use for the sauce.
In the reserved oil, add the following ingredients and stir-fry:
- Minced garlic: 20g
- Minced ginger: 8g
In another bowl, mix the following ingredients to make the sauce:
Water: 50ml
Dark soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
Corn syrup: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- You can substitute oyster sauce with chicken stock.
Pour the sauce into the pan, and when it starts to boil, add the fried beef and stir-fry until the liquid reduces.
Finally, turn off the heat and add the following ingredients, mixing well to finish!
- Chives
- Sesame oil
