Water: 50ml
Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Rice: 2 servings
Egg yolk
Black sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Generously season 800g of beef with salt and pepper, then roast in a 100°C oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, heat cooking oil in a pan and sear the outside of the beef.

To serve, place the following ingredients on top of the rice:
- Rice: 2 servings
- Onion sauce
- Roast beef
- Egg yolk
- Black sesame seeds
- Yogurt sauce
