Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 200g

  • Pork: 100g

  • Green onion: 50g

  • Ginger: 3g

  • Salt: 0.3 tablespoon

  • Mirin: 1 tablespoon

  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

  • Wonton wrappers

  • Egg noodles: 100g

  • Water: 700ml

  • Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon

  • Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

  • Bok choy: 20g

  • Egg: 1

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the following ingredients and chop them:

    • Shrimp: 200g
    • Pork: 100g
    • Green onion: 50g
    • Ginger: 3g

  2. Once finely chopped, add the following ingredients to season:

    • Salt: 0.3 tablespoon
    • Mirin: 1 tablespoon
    • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

  3. Roll out the wonton wrappers until they are thin enough to see your hand through, then place the filling inside and shape them into wontons.

  4. Boil the egg noodles and wontons:

    • Egg noodles: 100g
    • Wontons

  5. In another pan, add the following ingredients and bring to a boil:

    • Water: 700ml
    • Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
    • Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
    • Bok choy: 20g
    • Egg: 1
