Ingredients
Shrimp: 200g
Pork: 100g
Green onion: 50g
Ginger: 3g
Salt: 0.3 tablespoon
Mirin: 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
Wonton wrappers
Egg noodles: 100g
Water: 700ml
Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Bok choy: 20g
Egg: 1
Cooking Instructions
In a food processor, add the following ingredients and chop them:
- Shrimp: 200g
- Pork: 100g
- Green onion: 50g
- Ginger: 3g
Once finely chopped, add the following ingredients to season:
- Salt: 0.3 tablespoon
- Mirin: 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
Roll out the wonton wrappers until they are thin enough to see your hand through, then place the filling inside and shape them into wontons.
Boil the egg noodles and wontons:
- Egg noodles: 100g
- Wontons
In another pan, add the following ingredients and bring to a boil:
- Water: 700ml
- Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Bok choy: 20g
- Egg: 1
Once everything is ready, serve the ingredients in a bowl, and your dish is complete!
