- Tomato sauce: 140ml
- Heavy cream: 180ml (about 1 paper cup)
Instructions
Rinse the chicken thighs (600g) well and remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with the following ingredients, mix well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours:
- Curry powder: 100g (serves 4)
- Seasoned salt: 1/2 tablespoon
- Paprika powder: 1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt: 80g (1 container)
In a pan, heat the following ingredients:
- Butter: 80g
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Minced ginger: 1/3 tablespoon
Once the butter has melted, add the sliced onions (2) and sauté until they turn slightly brown.
Keep the heat on low and add the marinated chicken thighs to the onions, cooking slowly.
If it seems like it might burn, gradually add the following ingredients:
- Water: 540ml (about 3 paper cups)
- Chicken stock: 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce: 140ml
- Heavy cream: 180ml (about 1 paper cup)
