Crepe easy recipe how to make korean style crepe at home


Today, I’ve prepared an easy recipe for making sweet crepes at home. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • Pancake mix: 200g (about 2 cups)
  • Milk: 360ml (about 2 cups)
  • Cooking oil
  • Nutella
  • Banana
  • Strawberry
  • Cereal
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and mix well, then strain through a sieve:

    • Pancake mix: 200g (about 2 cups)
    • Milk: 360ml (about 2 cups)

  2. Add cooking oil to a pan and wipe it with a paper towel to coat the surface.

  3. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it thinly, and cook both sides until golden.

  4. Once cooked, fold the crepe in half, spread a generous layer of Nutella, and add the following ingredients before folding it again:

    • Nutella
    • Banana (sliced)
    • Strawberry (sliced)
    • Cereal

  5. Place the crepe in a paper cup, gently open the center, and add the following ingredients to complete:

    • Vanilla ice cream
    • Chocolate syrup
