Ingredients

  • Seafood mix: 150g

  • Soju

  • Cooking oil

  • Pork belly (thinly sliced): 100g

  • Green onion: 70g

  • Cabbage: 100g

  • Onion: 70g

  • Salt: 0.2 tablespoons

  • Eggs: 4

  • Mozzarella cheese: 60g

  • Salt: 0.2 tablespoons

  • Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

  • Teriyaki sauce

  • Bonito flakes

  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Thaw 150g of frozen seafood mix.

    • Pour a little soju to help remove the fishy smell.

  2. In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry on high heat:

    • Cooking oil
    • Pork belly (100g)
    • Seafood mix (150g)
    • Green onion (70g)
    • Cabbage (100g)
    • Onion (70g)
    • Salt (0.2 tablespoons)
    • For added flavor, you can use a kitchen torch to give it a slight char.

  3. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients to make a batter:

    • Eggs (4)
    • Mozzarella cheese (60g)
    • Salt (0.2 tablespoons)
    • Stir-fried cabbage

  4. Pour the batter into the pan with cooking oil, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat.

  5. Once both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate and garnish with the following:
