Pork belly (thinly sliced): 100g

Cabbage: 100g

Salt: 0.2 tablespoons
Eggs: 4
Mozzarella cheese: 60g
Salt: 0.2 tablespoons
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Teriyaki sauce
Bonito flakes
Parsley
Instructions
Thaw 150g of frozen seafood mix.
- Pour a little soju to help remove the fishy smell.

In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry on high heat:
- Cooking oil
- Pork belly (100g)
- Seafood mix (150g)
- Green onion (70g)
- Cabbage (100g)
- Onion (70g)
- Salt (0.2 tablespoons)
- For added flavor, you can use a kitchen torch to give it a slight char.
In a bowl, combine the following ingredients to make a batter:
- Eggs (4)
- Mozzarella cheese (60g)
- Salt (0.2 tablespoons)
- Stir-fried cabbage
Pour the batter into the pan with cooking oil, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat.
Once both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate and garnish with the following:
